In the past decade, there has been enormous growth in the field of coaching as organisations increasingly recognise its value. A recent Learning and Development Survey by the CIPD suggesting that 72% of organisations in the UK find it a highly effective tool for development and have made it available to their staff.
A coach is not an expert in your profession coming to give you advice, but someone who will ask big questions. As you discover your own answers you will naturally focus on what is most significant to you. Through coaching you can more clearly understand the challenges you face which can act as a catalyst to achieve your goals.
Our coaching typically starts with three sessions over an agreed period using a range of tools and exercises to support this process, including personality assessments.
When leaders are looking to maximize effectiveness and performance, then coaching provided by an external coach can provide a powerful environment for change. If you are seeking structured support, new inspiration or create a space for change then one to one coaching is a great option. Areas we focus on include:
A / Supporting new managers/leaders
B / Prioritising and goal setting
C / Well-being and personal growth
D / Managing working relationships
E / Challenging working environments
F / Building confidence
