In 2012 Robin Nesbitt founded Insightt to provide learning and development services to organisations and personal development for individuals. Our aim is to help you see the possibilities and achieve them.
Insightt is led by Robin who has over 12 years’ Leadership and Management experience at middle and senior management and over 13 years in Leadership and People Development. This combined with his careers and higher education experience gives him a unique blend of skills and insight. He spent 11 years in the Higher Education sector leading student support services and change projects in several colleges and universities in Scotland and Ireland. In 1996 he co-founded a youthwork social enterprise in Scotland.
Robin has been an experiential trainer, facilitator and coach since 2013 working across private, public and voluntary sectors. Robin is an accredited Analytic Network Executive Coach enabling his clients to look deeper at themselves and the networks in which they operate. In 2022 he became a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator combining play, imagination and storytelling enabling teams discover their Real Time Team identity and potential.

Since 2013 Robin has designed and delivered both accredited and non-accredited Management and Leadership programmes across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Bermuda and the U.S. In addition, he has designed and delivered emotional intelligence, coaching, communication, team development and personal development programmes to a wide range of leaders, from graduates to C-suite across a variety of industries, sectors and sizes of organisation. He has designed a coaching model and delivered a coach training programme for faith based leaders, which has trained over 50 coaches in the UK and Ireland.
